Basic Navigation
The Lessonator™ user interface was designed to allow for quick navigation between views. The most frequently used commands have buttons, keyboard shortcuts and a menu entry for maximum accessibility.
Use the (⌘=) shortcut to move quickly between Timeline and 3D Frame - the work views where slide content is edited.
Use the (⌘\) shortcut to toggle between objects and nodes drawing of Timeline and 3D Frame view.
Use the (⌘.) shortcut to bring up the Slide panel, which lets you add media and choose template and 3d instruments for a slide.
You can rest the cursor over most user interface buttons and to bring up and explanatory tooltip.
Whenever an object is selected, its parameters can be modified using the inspector view.
Use the (⌘1, ⌘2, ⌘3) shortcuts to show/hide the Back, 3D Instrument and Front layers respectively.
For most objects, double-clicking on their graphical representation in Timeline or 3D Frame views will automatically change the side view to Inspector - thereby allowing you to change their parameters.
